      Aachen, August 28, 2025 – <\/span>everwave<\/span>the German impact company for clean water, has successfully completed growth financing. With Viessmann Generations Group (“Viessmann”), the Aachen-based company has gained a strong strategic partner. In addition to Viessmann, the new shareholder KSK-Wagniskapital GmbH, a regional venture capital company associated with Kreissparkasse K\u00f6ln, and existing shareholders such as SistaAct GmbH are also participating in the financing round. The European Social Innovation and Impact Fund is also investing in the round.capacura from Cologne and NRW.Bank remain part of the company.<\/span> The impact finance consultant FASE supported everwave in structuring the round.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

      everwave drives global growth forward<\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/p>

      Thanks to the completed financing, everwave can continue to expand its international projects. New locations in South East Asia are already in the pipeline. The strategic partnership with Viessmann also supports the development of sustainable and scalable solutions to tackle global environmental problems. At the same time, everwave is consolidating its position as one of Europe’s leading impact companies in the areas of water quality, waste management and the circular economy. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>

      Technology with impact<\/span><\/b><\/span> <\/span><\/p>

      everwave develops technological solutions to remove plastic waste from rivers before it reaches the oceans. The company uses highly efficient waste collection boats, barriers and manual clean-ups, supported by AI analyses. Since its foundation, more than two million kilograms of waste have already been collected from rivers in Thailand, Cambodia and Albania. In addition, everwave is building local recycling infrastructure and raising awareness. The impact company implements all of these projects independently with local teams, thus creating additional jobs. At the heart of the business model is a certified plastic credit system: every euro finances the recovery of one kilogram of waste.
